So you have had a designer create a logo for you or you can create yourself. For WordPress design, you can either get a free theme or purchase one here. If you are using Thesis theme then this next bit is quite easy. Just click on the name of your theme in the LH menu of your Admin area and you should see [Thesis] Design Options. The screenshot below is from my ProfitHomeBusiness.com site where I use the design options in the admin to control my layout, fonts, etc.
